Hana is an owner of CONFESS Research agency based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Throughout her career she has mostly focused on brand development in local as well as international markets. Hana has business experience on the client side as well as the agency side, which enables her to turn research into practical tools for business decisions.
While working for Procter & Gamble for eight years, Hana led seven brands in 11 European and Asian countries, introduced about 25 product innovations and led the development of approximately 30 advertising campaigns. Hana won the Ad of the Year 2001 – 3rd prize in the Grey’s Greatest Asia/Pacific contest for her work on the “Birds” commercial for the Dawn Australia brand. She also received P&G’s Best Consumer Insight 2001 prize for Southeast Asia, Australia and India for her accomplishments with the Febreze Australia brand.
In 2002, Hana established CONFESS Research, which focuses on innovative qualitative research and neuromarketing. Currently she is leading the team of 11 employees, as well as leading and moderating projects for key clients.
Hana loves technology, so she always checks new apps and gadgets arriving on the market, looking for innovations to use in the business.

Very experienced in depth exploratory research using meditative focus groups to get strong insights. Strong experience with on-line qualitative such as bulletin boards. Skilled facilitator of clients’ product development and ideation workshops.
