We have been so pleased that we decided to work with you Julia to help develop our new Employment Value Proposition. You and your team designed a programme of research which met all our complex needs, addressing both employees and external audiences through online and telephone interviewing, qualitative and quantitative. In particular the online bulletin boards enabled us to hear the most open and honest feedback we have ever received.

Your co-ordination of the globally spread fieldwork ran incredibly smoothly,  including your sensitive handling of all the local Rolls-Royce teams whose co-operation we needed! And most appreciated of all, you so patiently helped us all to understand the full implications of your findings and work out how to optimally respond.
