Rob founded Ignite 360 with the intention to push beyond the ‘why’ in order to deliver to clients real-life, relevant business implications and recommendations. Building connections through master storytelling, Rob and his teams’ work endures beyond the end of the project due to their practical application mindset.
Specializing in innovation, shopper insights and brand strategy, Rob is comfortable guiding clients through different frameworks, from needs to jobs, and journeys, from path to purchase to consumer decisions. Clients turn to Rob as a strategic thought partner to help work through the bigger consumer challenges facing their business.
Prior to founding Ignite 360, Rob spent nearly 20 years gaining experience in marketing services, working with clients to understand consumer needs, develop actionable insights and tactical plans to deliver results.
Rob has worked with clients across industries from Fortune 100s to start-ups. He enjoys speaking at conferences and to university students on the topics of storytelling and empathy.
Rob lives in San Francisco with his husband and three cats. He’s writing his first book “Everyday Americans: Dismantling Judgment One Household at a Time.”
